Locating Your DCF Student ID Number

Every user enrolled in online courses with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and/or the Division of Early Learning (DEL) has a unique Student ID Number associated with their Child Care Training account. When contacting Technical Support, it is important to have this information at the ready to ensure that a resolution is reached efficiently.


To locate your Student ID Number, please follow the steps outlined below.



Step 1

Visit the login page for the Florida Early Childhood Professional Development Registry. Sign in with your email address and password.

Step 2

You should now see the Please Update Your Information page. You might see your Student ID Number on this page. See the screenshot below for reference.

If you do not see your Student ID Number, review your demographic information and, if necessary, edit any fields that need updating according to the included Demographics and Account Management Instructions. Then navigate to the bottom of the page and click the checkbox to verify your information before clicking the "Continue" button.

Step 3

You should now be at the Child Care Training Information Menu. In the list of blue and green links, locate the green link that says "Transcript." Click this link.

Step 4

You should now see your child care training transcript. Your Student ID can be found in the top-right corner. You may need to zoom in on the transcript to read the number clearly.
